Get some vanilla ice cream, (some have it with chocolate, but this is sacrilege) and then cover the ice cream with lashings of Cornish clotted cream, (has to be Rodda's) then cover the cream with some roughly chopped roasted hazelnuts. Enjoy the genius of a Robin's hedgehog, courtesy of the cafe at Chapel Porth.
